So I reset my HP laptop to factory settings, everything went ok until it finished and restarted...I can log in and as soon as I log in there is no desktop..just a blank blue screen...I tried to go into safe mode and it wont load at all. It also said something about HP support assistant not responding.....I'm NOT computer savvy at all, so forgive me, I'm trying to explain the best I can...what can I do to fix this? thanks!
