Can't boot from USB with .iso file

Hi
My laptop will not boot or automatically repair. I purchased Easy Recovery Essentials and used Easy USB creator to create a boot USB for the .iso file. When I try to boot from it I just get a command line with:
grub>
Can you please tell me what I need to do from there?
