I have my PC set to dual-boot Win 7 and Win 8.1. It was showing a metro-style screen for OS selection.
I have somehow reverted to the older Windows 7 (and pre-) text based OS selection screen.
You can supposedly get the metro-style back by issuing this command:
bceedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy standard
I've also tried "current" between the braces. Neither gets my metro-style selector back.
Further, typing JUST bcdedit shows that bootmenupolicy has been set to standard.
SO...... Anyone know what may be wrong, and why it may not be working?
