Windows 8 Recovery CD - Command prompt is not working

Hi all,

I messed up something while attempting to set up dual boot, and now my MBR is corrupted.
I downloaded the EasyRE Windows 8 Recovery Disk but the command prompt is not working, I can't even run chkdsk... It returns "command not found".
Help, anyone ?
