Dual booting, Windows 7 and Windows XP(Reboot everytime I try to boot XP)

Hi there,
I'm trying to dual-boot Windows 7 and Windows XP.
I installed windows XP first, then win 7.
I get the boot manager at the beginning, but when I choose
windows XP it just reboots my computer everytime.
